
A Holistic Agroecology Practices Webinar will takeplace on 21 January, from 10:30 to 12:30 CET, bringing together agricultural advisors from across Europe for a focused exchange on technical, practicaland science-based agroecological solutions.
Organised through a collaboration of European thematic advisory networks, the webinar will showcase a range of cross-cutting agroecology practices such as the use of flower strips to enhance natural pest control, mulch systems and rotational no-till in vegetable farming, mineralization rates of organic fertilizers, intercropping legumes and cereals, and closer-to-nature forestry approaches. Speakers represent a mix of research institutions, advisory organisations, and farmers, ensuring a strong link between theory and real-world application.
The session will also feature a presentation of the AdvisoryAgriHub Platform, followed by an interactive feedback discussion, encouraging participants to contribute their perspectives and experiences.
