One of the key elements of OrganicAdviceNetwork is the development of e-learning modules. We want to give advisors the opportunity to develop and innovate their advisory activities by deepening their knowledge about organic farming practices and to broaden their horizons about effective advisory methods and soft skills.

We created OrganicAdviceNetwork.space as a space where advisors can access our trainings, learn more about organic farming, develop their advisory methods and exchange with other advisors across Europe.

Learning Paths

Coming Winter 2025/2026

For more experienced advisors, OrganicAdviceNetwork will offer Learning Paths in a series of advanced independent modules. These modules will provide learning steps to deepen knowledge on specific topics, including online lectures, self-tests, and opportunities for virtual interaction with other learners.

The Learning Paths will address both technical and soft skills.

  • For soft skills, the courses will include topics such as effective group facilitation, collaborative learning with farmers, and strategies for online engagement.
  • ‍For the technical aspects, innovative solutions will be proposed for problems preventing the upscaling of organic farming (e.g., improving yield gap and yield stability, pest, weed, and disease management) as well as solutions for increasing the sustainability performance of organic agriculture (e.g., nutrient recycling, water saving, biodiversity management, carbon farming, reduction of methane emissions). The economic, financial and regulatory aspects of the innovative solutions and consequences for the organic market will be covered too.

Don’t miss the chance to expand your knowledge of organic farming. Stay tuned for more information.
